Scream of the Haunted Mask *SPOILERS*

Carly Beth is drawn by the voice of the mask. She heads to the basement where she has it locked away in a metal box. She resists it for that night. The next day after school she tells Sabrina what's going on and she tells carly Beth that she needs to get rid of the mask.

They reach there babysitting job at a farm and end up heading outside. They notice a burnt stable out there and as they egt close Carly Beth hears a horse and then another girl she works with yells for her to get away.

She tells the girls the story of the stable. How a stable boy wear a scary masked and scared the horse. He fell and was killed and they killed each other in a trapped in stampede.

Carly Beth goes home and heads to the basement only for her brother to be there and he scares her. The next day Sabrina calls Carly and says she wants to sue the haunted stable as a legend for a school paper and they decide to head out there that night.

Carly Beth brings some carrots with her and she end sup hearing a knocking sounds and horses again. Sabrina says it's okay ebcause it's Chuck and Steve pulling a prank that they had planned. Except there aren't there and Sabrina calls thema nd they are at Steve's house.

As the girls run away Carly Beth see a boy on the roof. The next day Carly Beth is working and heads out to the stables again. There she meets a boy who is lying about something and when she mentions a mask he pretends that she's crazy. She misses her bus and walks home.

Along the way she finds the store where she bought the mask and the old guy is there. He refuses to take the mask back and says that Carly Beth is the only person to ever wear it and live to talk about it. But that she needs to be careful as it wants her back and someone else who has had the mask wants it as well.

Carly Beth gets home and heads downstairs only to find the metal box is empty. She immediately thinks it's Noah. She heads upstairs but Noah has an Incredible Hulk mask.

The next day is Halloween and as promised Caryl Beth and Sabrina head to work. The arrive and the kids are wild. The old lady sends Carly Beth inside to get markers off her desk. She finds a photo album and a picture of the stable boy, who looks just like Clark.

As she walks out she sees Clark and he puts on an alligator mask. She confronts him and he denies everything, says the stable boy was his grandfather. They are interrupted by the kids screaming as they can't get their new masks off.

Carly Beth begs Clark to stop it and grabs his arm, except it's warm. Their co-worker Laura comes in and apologizes for scaring the kids but she really wants the mask back. Laura explains she was the one wearing the mask to scare the stable boy and she died that night.

Carly Beth says she doesn't have the mask but Sabrina says she knows where it is. She stole it and buried it out by the stable. Carly Beth heads out to get it and as she nears Laura she realizes what she must do. She puts on the mask to fight evil with evil.

Carly Beth chases her into the woods and lets out a scream. She realizes she has been defeated by the mask and will never get the mask off again. She hears the thunder from the horse as they run near her and she hears Laura say that she is the first person in years to have loved and cared for the horses, referring back to the carrots. So the mask comes off and as Carly Beth announces that they need to bury it, the masks tells her it will see her next Halloween.

Escape Horrorland Part 4

Carly Beth receives an invite to Horrorland and she can bring one friend so she brings along Sabrina. They are at the theater for a magic show and see two boys who turn out to be Billy and Matt.

The boys say they think they were invited because they had scary things happen to them. They head off deeper into the theater while Carly and Sabrina watch the magic show. it seems like the magician can hear Sabrina's whispers. Ultimately he makes his assistant vanish and when he opens the box Sheena is there.

Sheena explains that when she was picked up by the Monster Blood it took her to a new area of the park where she saw the burning carousel with the other girls. They waved but no matter what Sheena did she couldn't get closer to it. That's when she ended up appearing.

They decided to head off together since Byron said all special guests were in trouble. They head into a storage room and find Byron's name tag. They also find a booklet that shows the ride. They decide to head out to Zombie Plaza to find this ride but it isn't on any maps. Carly Beth turns around and suddenly sees the mask shop across the street and dead center is her very own Haunted Mask.

Up close she realizes it's not her mask and she drags Sabrina inside. They try on a mask that the Horror behind the counter insist upon. Then they head into the back room to find human masks and they find two that look like the two missing girls and they mouth the words "You're Next".

The girls leave and the shopkeeper yells for them to come back. They make there way to quicksand beach only to see two Horrors. They hide and overhear them talking about getting rid of the special guests and that two have already been taken care of. The girls continue on and end up in Werewolf Village.

A Horror tells them they don't need to fear the wolves in the village as they won't bite until night. The girls head into the forst and see some men in cages. However they have wolf snouts and the moon is rising and they start to howl. The girls find a gate and try to escape but it's padlocked. As they start to try and run something jumps at them...

Monster Blood For Breakfast (SPOILERS)

Matt is top of his class, rocks at science and he's the best swimmer on the swim team. His annoying neighbor is always borrowing his stuff and getting him in trouble.

He throws a rock that bounces and breaks his teachers windshield and he blames Matt. Later that day he cheats off Matt's paper and gets them both in trouble and Matt gets a warning that one more mistake and he will be suspended.

Later that day he arrives home to find him in his room on his computer. He kicks him out but scrolled across the screen are the words "Monster Blood". He goes next door, gets his stolen shirt back and verbally abuses the kid.

The next day at school his teacher pulls him aside and tells him thanks for helping his friend with his science project which turns out to be Matt's and he was just stealing it like everything else. They get in a fight in the hall and Matt is expelled but his neighbor says they were just joking. He tells Matt that he has something better than his computer based birdhouse.

On his way home Matt is attacked by some hooded men who are looking for something he shouldn't have gotten. Thankfully his teacher comes along but the guys vanish before he seems them.

When he gets home he finds Bradly in his room and he has an egg. On the egg is says Monster Blood and Matt tries to tell him about the two men but he won't listen. They wrestle and Matt kicks Bradly out of his room. He puts the egg on the dresser and a small amount falls onto his plant.

Matt awakes in the middle of the night to find his plant has grown to enormous size. He has trouble sleeping and when he goes downstairs eh finds Bradly eating a bowl of cereal. As usual a fight breaks out. Matt heads upstairs before school but the bag is no longer in the closet where he hid the Monster Blood.

On the way to school his sister stops him and tells him she stole the Monster Blood and put some in Bradly's cereal and that he didn't even notice. At school he tries to convince Bradly to go to the nurse but he reveals that he saw Matt's sister put something in his cereal so he swapped his for Matt's.

Matt feels ill but still goes to his swim meet. His clothes are growing smaller but he dives in for the race and he feels himself in powered and he remembered how fast his plant grew last night when he watered it after it was exposed to the Monster Blood.

He wins the race and breaks the school record. He worries about being seen as 9 feet tall but he gets out without anyone seeing and as he heads to the lockers his shorts rip and fall off, leaving him naked. He ends up hiding in the girls locker room and finds a way to cover himself.

He gets home and the plant has grown more. He decides he needs to go to Bradly's and see if he still has the box. The two coated men are otuside but when he asks for help they reveal they are there for a stink gas that was too strong (it was sued earlier in the book but didn't seem important when I typed this).

He goes to Bradly's and they find the box but Matt starts to shrink. They find on the box that it's just a 12 hour sample. His plant is the same size still. Next day is the science fair and Matt has pretty much won but the teacher wants to make another round. Bradly hasn't shown up but suddenly a large plant busts in and it's Bradly with matt's plant. He wins the contest but Matt sees the plant is using it's tendrils to grab Bradly so he congratulates him and walks away.

Horrorland segment

NOTE: This section takes place right after the second books Horrorland section so the first part of Matt's story is told in that.

Matt and Billy are still freaked over Sheena becoming invisible. They head back to the hotel to find help and run into two horror police. They don't believe them about Sheena but when they mention the mirror they ask to be shown it.

They head back to the cafe but it isn't there. The horrors tell them to come with them to a detention center. Inside the horrors demand that an item be returned to them. The two boys claim they don't have the card. Billy goes through an x-ray machine and he doesn't have the card. Same for Matt. They go to escape and the horrors give chase but invisible Sheena trips them and hands the card back to Matt.

They continue to hide from the horror police and end up in a lab of sorts. Billy opens a jar that says Monster Blood. The goo comes out and covers Billy and Sheena and starts to smother them.

The horror who gave Matt the card shows up and pulls out a tiny mirror. The Monster Blood climbs into it and gets sucked up. Along with it goes Sheena. Some new Horror Police show up and take the helpful Horror away.

They notice the now broken mirror and gather up the pieces and turn it into liquid. As the boys go to leave they find a piece the horror police forgot to grab and when they look into it they see Britney and Molly riding a carousel and it's in flames.

Creep From the Deep (SPOILERS)

Billy and Sheena are spending yet another summer with their uncle. They decide to go hunt for a sunken ship that was with another ship but a black cloud appeared and it vanished.

As they take a sub down under their uncle suddenly vanishes from the sub and they run into a sunken ship. They see a skeleton and it comes to life. They bring the sub back up but they are nowhere near their ship.

They see an island in the distance so they hop off but Billy hits his leg. They arrive on the beach and Billy grabs a stick to help him walk. They run into some skeleton pirates and they have their uncle.

The captain says he wants his stuff back but Billy and Sheena claim they don't have his treasure and so they escape. As they are being chased they run into two guys who are photographers. They tell these guys their story and they decide to take the sub out and grab the treasure to return it to the captain to get their uncle back.

As they arrive at the ship the two guys head into the water to get the chest. Billy opens their duffel bags and find guns instead of cameras.. The guys come back and realize they have been found out. They rip off their clothes and skin and reveal they are pirates who were on the other ship and the treasure was theirs before captain been and his crew stole it from them.

They throw Billy & Sheena off the boat and try to open the treasure but the red skull on the chest bites them and they sort of explode. The sunke ship now comes from the sea with the captain on it and their uncle. he says he wants his stuff back and laughs when they offer the treasure. He says he wants his leg back which happens to be the stick Billy was using as a crutch.

The captain claims he won't give their uncle back even if they give the treasure so Billy tosses the leg and it goes right through the captain and knocks him overboard. The ship sinks and they help their uncle out.

He tells them that they need to head into the black cloud because they are currently in the land of the dead and thats why the skeletons came to life and why no one has ever found the ship. They make it through but the treasure chest is no more and all they have left as proof is the red skull from its top. As they call in for help on the radio they hear the pirates song that they heard when they first got on the island...

Horrorland section

Billy and Sheena head downstairs of the hotel and see two girls their age. They just so happen to be our heroins from the first book in the series. They are freaking because their parents are gone.

Billy tells them that their parents are also gone but they overheard a Horror saying that they always take parents away to a different hotel. The girls tell them about the camera and the picture so Billy asks if they can see it,

They are shocked when in the picture is Billy, Sheena and the two girls and behind them is Slappy. They decide that something weird is going on but decide to head out and have fun because it's all fake anyway.

They decide to go to Quicksand Beach. They end up walking across the quicksand but quickly sink. As their shoulders reach Billy hears the chant they heard from the skeleton pirate and they black out.

They end up gonna down a slide and meet a Horror at the end. Except only Billy and Sheena arrive at the bottom of the ride and no one has seen their two new friends.

As they walk and try to find them Billy and Sheena hear Captain Ben whisper "want to see your friends again?"

They continue walking and Sheena sees a hot boy who is winning all of the odd unwinable games. Some security people come and he runs towards Sheena and gives her a key card and tells her to hide it while security catch him and searches him for the card.

They arrive back to their room and notice the card has a P on it. Everything else has been rubbed off. It dawns on them that they forgot about their new friends so they decide to call the operator but all they hear on the phone is Captain Ben's laugh and no matter what number they call they just get the laugh.

As they leave their room they run into the kid again. He also has a room on the 13th floor and says his name is Matt Daniels. He explains the card was given to him by a Horror who told him to guard it.

They head off together to go downstairs and they see a sign for the cafe and sitting inside are Britney and Molly. However they aren't moving and no matter what Billy and Sheena do they get no reaction. There is also no door to get into the room.

They see a slot for a card and try Matt's card on it. It unlocks the door so they head inside. Except the room is empty as they walk towards the window they notice it's missing and so is Sheena. Except she says she's standing beside them. She claims she has gone invisible and it ends...

Revenge of the Living Dummy (SPOILERS)

Revenge of the Living Dummy

Cassie's cousin comes to visit and he has a dummy that looks very familiar. They decide to go to her friends house and her friends father wants to show off a shrunken head he got on his travels. This shrunken head is called the soul stealer.

The dummy continues to do creepy things and cause our heroin to get in trouble. During all of this her friend calls and asks her to help bury the shrunken head (which is where the novel began).

Later she gets in trouble so her cousin and father go to a hockey game. Her friend does some research and the dummy's name is Slappy and you need to speak 5 words to cause it to come alive or go back to sleep. She chants the five words and Slappy slumps over. She lifts a pair of her cousins jeans and sees a remote fall out. The remote when pressed causes Slappy to say things.

Now that she has brought Slappy to life he wants her to be his slave. He wants the shrunken head as it will help him in slave all humans. They head out but Slappy is denied the head when her parents show up. She says she'll be home quickly after getting grounded but says she wants to fix the hole she dug. She grabs Slappy as soon as they leave and bashes his head into the glass case that the shrunken head was in.

His head ends up on the shrunken head and it steals his soul. She buries the shrunken head again but hears Slappy's voice saying it isn't over yet

Welcome to Horrorland section

Cassie, her parents and her best friend get an invite to be special guests at horrorland. When they arrive there luggage is caught on fire but they assume it was a trick. Now they are asked by a horror to scream so they can be identified later on.

they walk around some and find a shop with creepy masks of kids. They look kind of real and they are hard to get off once they are put on. In the back they find two masks that look like her and her friend. The horror tries to get them to buy the masks but they don't.

They get in a cab, it looses control on the way to the hotel and the driver jumps out. Turns out the car was really on a preset track.

They arrive at the hotel and the girls have their own special room on the 13th floor. They head up but no luggage there. But the closet is filled with clothes that fit them.

They head to her parents room but they aren't there. They head to the front desk where the are told her parents left the park. They aren't sure if it's a trick so they head back to her parents room and see her dads camera on the bed. She opens it to see if it has a clue and finds a pic of Slappy sitting on that very bed.
